Ethan Whitmore was only twelve minutes from closing the biggest redevelopment agreement of his career when his personal phone started buzzing across the gleaming walnut conference table.

“What does Madeline have to do with Harbor North?” Ethan asked.

Ethan opened the complete tenant list for Harbor North.
